For this project with the band Tattoo Colour, I developed the main creative concept for their concert titled “Happy Birthday.” The idea was inspired directly by the event’s name, which I translated into a visual narrative.
 

The concept imagined the band bursting out of a giant gift box, symbolizing a celebratory surprise for the audience. As the box opens, various elements spill out along with them visual references and inside jokes from the band’s past works. These moments became key visual gimmicks, creating a playful and nostalgic connection between the band’s history and this special performance.
 

I led the creative direction across the entire production pipeline from pre-production to post-production transforming the initial concept into a cohesive visual experience. My role involved developing the visual language, defining the creative execution, and guiding the team through every stage of production.
 

On the day of the concert, I supervised the overall visual presentation and coordinated multiple teams responsible for the show’s imagery and documentation. This included stage decoration, OB broadcast, photography, and the live performance recording team. By aligning all visual departments under the same creative vision, the project was executed smoothly and delivered the intended impact for both the live audience and the recorded output.
